Appointment guidelines
i. You can book your e-passport and ID appointment through the following link https://kenyaembassydc.org/appointment
ii. Please ensure you have read the application requirements on the Embassy website https://kenyaembassydc.org/epassport and on the e-citizen portal www.ecitizen.go.ke (for passport applications) and https://kenyaembassydc.org/id (for ID applications). Ensure that you have printed and signed the duly completed application forms before coming to the Embassy. Applicants with incomplete applications will be turned away.
iii. All inquiries regarding the E-citizen platform, if any, should be directed to support@ecitizen.go.ke
Appointment Etiquette
Do not come to your appointment if you exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19. We will gladly reschedule your appointment to a later date.
i. Visitors are required to follow the best practice and wear a face mask when in common areas of the office block and be ready for temperature screening.
ii. Maintain social distancing (physical distancing).
iii. Visitors are required to sanitize their hands upon admission, before and after biometrics capture.
iv. All visitors are required to remain seated at their designated area during their appointment and adhere at all times to any advisory etiquette prescribed by the Embassy
