Renunciation of Kenyan Citizenship

Requirements:

1. Form 15 completed in duplicate and notarized.
2. All documents identifying you as a citizen of Kenya i.e. your original Kenyan passport and National ID.
3. Money order/Cashiers check of US $300 Payable to the Embassy of Kenya.
4. Notarized Copy of the Certificate of Naturalization.
5. Notarized Copy of your U.S.A. passport.
6. Formal request letter
