J-1 Waiver Clearance

Requirements:

1. Formal letter of application giving reasons for change of the J1 visa.
2. Copy of the letter from the US Department of State citing your case number.
3. Copy of Form DS-2019.
4. Letter of NO OBJECTION from the sponsor who facilitated the J1 visa.
5. Clearance certificate from the Higher Loans Education Board (HELB).
6. Clearance letter from your previous employer in Kenya.
7. Copy of the J-1 Visa.
8. Copy of your KCSE certificate or its equivalent.
9. Copy of your passport page bearing your bio-data.
