9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday – with a lunch break of one hour between 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. (with the exception of Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Consular services will be provided from 9.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.

The Embassy remains closed on Kenyan and U.S.A. national holidays. During inclement weather conditions the Embassy follows Federal Government opening schedule (https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-procedures/current-status/)

We maintain a 24 hour; seven days a week emergency line.
