Admin Assistant (1)
Duties
- Calendar and diary management.
- Organizing relevant documents for use during meetings.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and hotel bookings.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
- Handling general office tasks.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Mission or authorized officer.
Qualification and skills
- Minimum possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution; A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
- Time management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Committed to continuous learning.

- Previous experience in a similar post will be an added advantage.
