Renunciation of Kenyan Citizenship

Requirements:

1. Form 15 completed in duplicate and notarized.
2. All documents identifying you as a citizen of Kenya i.e. your original Kenyan passport and National ID.
3. Notarized Copy of the Certificate of Naturalization.
4. Notarized Copy of your U.S.A. passport.
5. Formal request letter
6. Money order / Cashier’s check of US $540 (Payable to Embassy of the Republic of Kenya)
