July 4th, USA Independence Day – friendly soccer match

Amb. Lazarus Amayo and Ugandan Ambassador to the US Amb. Mull Katende graced an annual friendly soccer match between Kenya DC Harambee Stars and Uganda DC Cranes at Fairland Soccer Field, Maryland to mark July 4th, USA Independence Day. Harambee Stars won.

The annual event underscored the pivotal role sports play in fostering regional integration.
