Amb. Lazarus Amayo held a teleconference with Elizabeth Erin Walsh, Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director of Africa, National Security Council. Both officials acknowledged the warm and cordial bilateral relations that exist between Kenya and U.S.

They recognized that the ongoing negotiations on a Bilateral FTA will offer an opportunity to expand trade and investments for mutual benefit. Both recognized the need for continued collaboration in enhancing peace and security in the region.
